FAQ

  • How long will it take to receive my painting once I've purchased it?
You can usually expect your art to arrive within one to weeks after the purchase date. The time it takes from purchase to delivery typically depends on both the size of the piece and where it is being shipped. Larger pieces require more protective packing procedures to ensure your painting arrives undamaged. This process can delay shipping for up to one week. In-state shipping can take as little as 1-2 business days, whereas shipping to locations outside of Texas can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.
  • What does the process of commissioning a piece entail?
If you are interested in commissioning a piece, first fill out and submit the form located on the page entitiled "Commission a Piece". (The link to that page can be found in the menu located at the top of each page.) Once you have completed the required fields (including the desired dimensions of the piece and your shipping address), I will get back to you as soon as possible with an estimated price and timeline. If you would like to move forward with the commission, I will send you a more detailed questionnaire regarding the space in which your painting will live, the proposed color palette (if applicable), and the overal "feel" you envision for your new piece. Once that has been completed and returned to me, I will draw up a nifty little contract outlining the terms that were previously agreed upon. (This process is a lot more fun and a lot less formal than I'm making it sound...) Once the contract has been signed and dated by both parties, I can begin creating an original, one-of-a-kind piece that you will love and cherish for many years to come!
  • Do you ship internationally?
